I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

Absolutely! As long as you contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, you are eligible under our return policy. Please reach out to our team who will assist you.

I purchased from a retailer, can I return my product here?

If you did not purchase via our website or HSI Global on Amazon, we are unable to issue a refund or product exchange as your payment wasn't made to us.

However, if you have an electrical product that has developed a fault, then you are covered under our 1-year electronics warranty and our team will be happy to help.

Can I exchange for another product?

We don't offer exchanges but you can return your product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information chat to our team today.

My item is faulty, can I have a replacement?

If you purchased from another retailer and are within your return period, please contact them directly. We can only handle claims that have surpassed the retailers return period.

Our electrical products are covered under our 1-year electronics warranty and all other products are covered by a 90-day warranty.

How long do I have to return my item?

Claims must be made within 30-days of the date of purchase. Once you have made a successful claim, you have 14-days to return the item to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you have posted your product back to us, please email us to let us know. We will issue the refund within 48 hours.
